Eddee Johansen is the Broker for the Sundial Group which is started back in 2010 and is a veteran of the real estate industry. He has represented clients all over Utah in over 100+ real estate transactions. Eddee has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs first.
His passion for commercial real estate comes from the many restaurants and food trucks he owns and operates. Thats right, he can sell you the lot and also tell you what the best to-go containers and point of sale system would be.
Active in the community, Eddee is a proud part of the Salt Lake Climber’s Alliance's effort to keep climbing safe and fun in the Wasatch.
In his free time, Eddee is an avid climber and great dad. Spending time with his kids and wife in the mountains is never something he takes for granted.

Elle Johansen was born and raised in the beautiful area of Holladay Utah where she still resides with her husband and two fluffy dogs. She has been a REALTOR® are for the last 6 years serving buyers and sellers all over the Utah valley. Her creative ways of approaching Real Estate is what really makes her an exceptional agent. Along with her enthusiastic, can-do attitude and caring nature. She is truly an ideal agent. She is always identifying each client’s desires and skillfully guides them to fulfill their real estate goals.
Not only is Elle a dedicated Realtor, she is also a dance artist and current company member with Repertory Dance Theatre. When she isn't closing deals she enjoys the Educational Outreach she does with the company, along with touring all over Utah. She believes real estate is a dance and she likes to say she will have her clients "dancing their way into a new home."
KENNETH PARKER

Ken Parker has been involved in the Utah housing industry for over 25 years. He began in new-home construction as a finish carpenter, often working on very high-end homes and renovations. Ken has worked in residential real estate since 2007. He takes pride in helping clients with the same eye to detail and quality as he did as a craftsman, and has helped clients all along the Wasatch Front. He created PickMyBuilder.com which highlights Utah home builders and the communities they’re building in, through which he has helped thousands of people in their new-home and existing-home search.
Ken enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, and exercise, and even grinds his own flour for sourdough bread using an exer-cycle connected to a grain mill. Teaching others is one of his passions, but his greatest passion is his family, and he and his wife spend as much time as they can with their kids and grandkids.
